Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a dated receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at acording2macey@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate this issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first, send us an email at acording2macey@gmail.com then, send your item to: PO Box 138, Crossville TN 38557-0138, United States.

Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
